Amazing service from Jose and team!! Got a hold of them right away, brought the car in for a quick quote and I got the estimate and repair appointment right away. When it was time to leave my car, the rental was ready to go and processed in minutes. My car was repaired faster than the estimated time and it looked as good as new! Great coordination with the insurance and Enterprise car rental (thanks Sana!) Thank you so much Jose, Jeff and Cheryl for the great service!
We had a terrible experience at Fix Auto and have specific complaints about the manager, Jose. He and his team were unprofessional and had major administrative issues that left me paying for a bill that was supposed to be handled by someone else. They took no responsibility for their errors, they were rude in their response and interactions with me, and made the process of having my car repaired an absolute nightmare (that went on for 1.5 years). I would highly recommend you look for somewhere that is better organized administratively, but also has a much higher level of customer service.

Manager of this location was very nice and dealt with us fully professionally and arrange the rental for us. We received car today it looks so beautiful they cleaned it as well. I hope the color will last. They give us warranty on work too.
I really liked the customer service, they were really nice and didn't make me feel awkward. I was even given a ride home! My car came back looking beautiful!! And it drives smooth! I was a victim of a hit and run on the 4th May. My insurance company recommended this location to me as it is in close proximity to me. I own a 2017 Rav 4 SUV. The driver of the other car hit me and left. My insurance company was amazing in every sense. My initial phone call was answered by Lisa the receptionist, she advised me that my file was not sent over as yet. I received a phone calll later to adv that they received my file and Lisa arranged a flatbed for my truck to be brought in to the shop. After reading all the negative reviews i was nervous and told Lisa about my concern, she transferred my call to Paul the manager who assured me that they will give me 100% work satisfaction on my car. I agreed and my car was towed to the shop. They arranged a rental for me with Enterprise rental, they came and pick me up at the house and drove me over to the office to complete the paperwork. Fix it gateway assured me the work will be complete in 1 week plus. Paul called me with the cost and advised what kind of work was going to be done. Sure enough 1 week 3 days after Lisa Advised that the car was ready for me to pick it up. I arrived the next morning to pick up the car, as i was speaking to Lisa Paul came out and took my file. He told me he did not inspect my car and apologized to me for coming in. He will call me when the car was ready. Roni Called me to pick up the car the following day, i actually went on the Friday and the car was ready. Paul spoke to me and told me to bring the car back for any concerns i may have . Roni took my car and had it washed as i waited. I will give the staff there a 5 star for customer service , they make you feel comfortable and answer all my questions i had even the stupid ones. I am happy with the work and extend my thanks to Paul, Roni and Lisa.
