They took more than two week for repaire and when the car return car mat was missing , then had to go back and found it was thrown outside like garbage, it was new one and now severly damaged, for them its look like normal thing, not recommend this place at all
Brought my car here to get it “fixed” and had the worst experience ever! I wish I could give 0 stars. They are extremely unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. They scammed me and my insurance. Please please do not bring your car here!!! Unprofessional and scammers.
I recently went to prince auto for my 2024 range rover claim. Firslty, i changed my mind as its a new vehcile but they said give them one chance. When i went yesterday over there to pick up my car. Its looks brand new as I never had any accident. Must recommnend this shop.

I recently had my car repaired at Prince Auto Collision, and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. Apart from repair, my car was cleaned properly at delivery. I was facing issue with Android Auto, and they managed to update the software now the car has feel like new, and I am very happy with the results. Gagan at the front office managed all the paperwork for insurance. I got excellent service with smile. On one occasion I met the owner and he comes out cordial, helpful and hands on with the status of repair. If you ever have to visit body shop i would recommend taking quote from them. I wish I don't have to visit a body shop ever again, but if I ever have to, then I know it will not be stressful.
