OMG if there were 10 stars I would give that to Skydome! My car was in an accident and they were professional and courteous from beginning to end. From their office staff to the guys in the garage, they were understanding, kind, friendly and communicative through the whole process. I hadn't had an accident in years, and the whole situation and surrounding issues were such a frustrating process from reporting to the whole insurance procedures, etc. Having such caring and attentive staff help me through the process, explaining when/how the rental company would come pick me up before and after, how long it would take, sending email updates were so helpful. Not to mentiomn the work made my car look better than it had since I first bought it! Amazing job you guys! Looking forward to bringing my car back for the touchup you recommended elsewhere on it! I recently got my car's side door mirror repaired at Skydome and had an exceptional experience dealing with the staff and technicians. Inderpal Singh gave me a very honest suggestion and quote which was truly appreciated. The whole process was done in a very professional way, thanks to Jigna. Avoid at all cost. They asked for an insane amount of money for repairs, then when we said we were going to call a company to pick up the car, they charged us $400 for 2 hours of labour, plus removal of the bumper and muffler ($120) when we didn’t ask for and the muffler was already in our trunk. Don’t go there.
Went in for a safety check to buy a car and got told the battery was dead, the brakes are bad and I need new tires. Charged me $45, next day I take the same car to another guy he takes a look and says battery is dying on the key fob, changes it for a dollar and passes me on the safety check. Absolute waste of time and money.
