Brought my car in for what was clearly just a missing cosmetic mirror cap. The mirror itself worked perfectly. Blind spot, folding motor, turn signal, everything. Instead of properly inspecting it, they basically eyeballed it and insisted it wasn’t the mirror cap but the lower housing and that the entire mirror assembly needed to be replaced including the electronics, motor and sensors for over 1200 dollars. There was no diagnostic process, no part breakdown, and no actual verification. Just a quick visual guess followed by a very expensive quote. I went to another shop and had the correct mirror cap installed properly in minutes for 145 dollars without replacing anything that was fully working. If you come here make sure you get a second opinion before approving any repair.
Collision repair was performed in a timely and professional manner. Very well informed on progress and no surprises or hidden costs upon completion. Seemless service, much appreciated.
