I recently had warranty rust repair done on my Volkswagen Golf at Bramgate Collision Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My case actually started about three years ago with a previous manager who never submitted my claim, so I was stuck in limbo for a long time. When Rui took over, everything changed. He took my situation seriously, got the claim properly submitted and escalated with Volkswagen Canada, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I’ll be honest — I follow up a lot and I’m pretty picky about details, but Rui was always patient and professional. The repair work itself is excellent. They replaced three doors, repaired the rear arches, and took care of the tailgate. The car looks fantastic, and you’d never know how much work went into it. Huge thanks to Rui, Ryan, Skye and the whole team for looking after me and doing quality work. I definitely recommend Bramgate Collision Center.

Very unprofessional, would not recommend. Took my Audi under appearance warranty to have a door dent repaired. They tried to add additional repairs that were not approved to get more money and provided vague details to scam you. Took months of chasing them to get updates and had to notify Audi head office to step-in to get action. The quality was poor as the paint job had issues. No one complete quality check upon pickup as staff tried to avoid me during this time in hopes I didn’t notice. They do not represent the brand names they cover. Was an extremely stressful experience.
5/5 service. Especially the lady that worked there, I think her name was Khushi. She did an amazing job on the phone and walked me through the entire process. She needs a raise!!
They did an outstanding job on my car. Ryan was very professional and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish. Sky, the estimator, explained the repairs clearly and was honest about the work that needed to be done. When I got my car back, I couldn’t believe it—it looked like brand new. You would never even be able to tell it had been in a major collision. I’m really impressed with the quality of work and the service from the whole team. One of the best for sure!

Once my vehicle was completed, Skye Lau contacted me immediately and arranged a date/time for pickup of my vehicle that worked around my hectic schedule. Upon arrival, Skye Lau did a walk around my vehicle, pointed out what was repaires/completed and ensured that I was fully satisfied with the work.
