My honda odyssey was rear ended by someone. My insurance adjuster recommended this place and my experience was fantastic with them. They replaced my rear bumper which now looks pretty new along with the sensors. They not only did the repair but they actually washed my car and clean the interior as well. The only a bit odd experience i face was with the guy who came out to look at the damage. He seems to be bit impatient in answering my questions but all in all they did a very good job with lifetime warranty. The lady at the front desk Heather was ver nice and very welcoming.
I have received Wonderfull service from assured Brampton south location. I would recommend everyone to give it a try. The whole team did a amazing job. My car looks brand new now.
The quality of work they did in my car was good from what I see. My biggest issue with them is there customer service and communication is poor I personally would not take my services back there.
I brought in my car to be repaired. Repairs were completed on time and their receptionist Heather was very kind and helpful on keeping me informed along the way with the status of my repairs.
IF YOU EVER EXPIERENCE ANY ISSUES FROM WORK DONE BY THIS ASSURED AUTOMOTIVE BE SURE TO BRING IT BACK TO THEM ONLY. DO NOT GET A SECOND OPINION. My experience with them went from great to questionable to bad. Now i need to pay $125 to fix something that Assured Automotive broke. 1) Panel gaps appeared shortly after having my front bumper replaced by them but i ignored it because the car was working fine. 2) Glue ran from underneath my headlight shortly after the repairs were done but again I ignored it because there was no harm done. 3) I had a piece of tape left over from the repair job done by this Assured Automotive and i thought it was the reason why my door handle was getting stuck. Turns out Assured had actually broke my door lock and just put it back together. (they removed the door lock while painting and left tape inside the door panel and on the door lock plus they scratched my paint on the side of the door )
Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the person scheduled to examine my car was not present and Darr stepped in and examined the car and fixed the problem immediately to ensure that it was safe for me to drive. I was in an out so quickly! Thank you!
After a nightmare accident in February, and dealing with a horrible collision centre I finally got my car back in July. Assured auto was so polite and courteous and helpful. Assured auto kept in touch with me and my insurance, and had my car ready when they said they would. one worker in particular Dhar was so helpful and also offered me great tips. 15 out of 10
