I really wanted to try out the delivery service today. I ordered around 3pm on uber said it would arrive 5-6pm. I gotta call at 6:11pm explaining my order is delayed and wont be there till "maybe" after 9pm. Long story short the guy got short with me and told me to cancel my order if im not happy with the time frame. I was expecting customer service. Not ultimatums.
