Great selection. Helpful staff. However I bought spray paint and it wasnt true to colour. Im going to try to return it even though it is mostly empty. Hopefully they take it back. Its not fair that I purchased it due to false advertising. I will update this review later.
Have been going to this store since 15 years. Its good place prices are ok now. Some time cheaper than walmart across road. No complaints so far!
To does, who wants purchase new tires? Don't buy Michelin tires. It's not the same tires what was in the past. It's a joke!!! The quality is a joke and the way they handle the costumers is a joke!!! I got my Michelin Premier LTX for mi Toyota Sienna 2015 and the tire wear out after 4 months of driving and maybe 10k km. The rubber is so soft that tread looks like it's rolling down, theres chunks of rubber hanging. You can see them on the pictures. The 100 000 km warranty it's a scam. Michelin told me to go to authorize Michelin dealer I went to Canadian tire for inspection. After one hour of inspection the try to found that something was wrong in my car but everything was right, the alignment was right the suspension was OK and the only thing that they found was that my tire pressure was 38 psi and recommend pressure is 36 psi. The written down that over pressure of the tire caused this wear out even that on tire sees 45 psi max is allowed. So when i send this inspection to Michelin they of course respond to mi "We appreciate you providing this information to us. However, the report from Canadian Tire states that the uneven and rapid wear that your tires are experiencing to cause the issues you are having, are due to the tires being overinflated"
Often do I need in and outs from this particular store. So often do I find myself wandering up and down the store in order to find what I am looking for. With the Help of a Young Gentleman from Seasonal named Alex, I have never had a better experience from customer service. Alex from seasonal if you are reading this you did an impeccable job helping me. You may not remember me because I am simply one of many customers you serve on a regular basis, but to me you are the reason my trips to Canadian Tire run smoothly. I really and truly appreciate the work you do.I would give 6 stars for Alex from seasonal if I could! Go Alex woo
Canadian Tire customer service policy: when a building fire alarm goes off employees must leave the store leaving the customers in the store in potential danger. Either the employees were not trained properly or there was no protocal on what to do in fire alarms because none of the employees knew what to do in the situation. All they did was look at each other and just leave. The cash registers were still functioning during the alarm until they noticed the loud alarm that was going off for the past five minutes.
