Pizza didn’t taste good also was dripping like the topping have been just un frozen also taste bland not fresh at all and garlic dipping sauce was so trash definitely not coming back here
After over 10 years as loyal customers of Pizza Mart, we are extremely disappointed and will never return. We strongly advise others to avoid this place — not just for the poor food quality, but for how terribly they treat their customers. We ordered two large pizzas late in the evening, and both had hair baked into them. It was incredibly insulting and embarrassing to open the boxes in front of our guests and find hair in the food. We called the store that same night, but no one picked up because they had closed. We called again the next day, and instead of showing concern, they blamed us, saying we “should’ve called the same day” — which we had tried to do. After explaining everything, they eventually offered store credit and told us we could “pick it up whenever.” But when we later called to redeem it, the situation got even worse. That phone call was beyond frustrating — they denied ever offering store credit, became extremely rude, and even yelled at us. They said things like: • “We don’t need your business.” • “One customer doesn’t do anything to us.” • “It’s not a big deal to have hair baked into pizza.” • “Go somewhere else if you don’t like it.” This was not just horrible customer service, it was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They showed no accountability for a serious hygiene issue and treated a long-time customer like an inconvenience. We have reported this to the health and food safety authorities, and we encourage others who’ve had similar experiences to do the same. If you care about cleanliness, honesty, and basic respect as a customer, stay far away from Pizza Mart.
Best pizza I have ever tried, this is my childhood pizza store. The workers are very polite and friendly, in general just love the place and the food. Would recommend
My experience is very nice. When I ordered my pizza and wings from there the girl over phone spoke very politely and if I tell about the pizza is very delicious in addition to this the look was very nice . thank you for making my day special pizza mart
I would give this place a 0 stars if the option was available. Their customer services sucks. Ordered two large pizzas at 7:16 and was told it’ll be ready in half an hour. Went in a 8pm, upon entering - they could not find my order. Kept insisting my order was one medium and one large and my phone number was different. Upon talking to 3 different employees, they told me I’m lying and I didn’t order anything here. Then I showed them my call log and asked is this your number - and to their surprise it was their number and the individual I spoke to was present. Shocking right! Kept arguing saying we didn’t make it so finally after me saying okay then make it now, they made it and their reason someone else with a different number ordered a large cheese too! Pathetic and charged full price too! Improve your customer service. Never coming here again.
So it was first time here and first impressions: Clean Round patio table still in the store I see the folding chairs that they put away so no one would sit down. Lol I'll edit my review once I've tasted their food Pepperoni pizza and wings with mild sauce.
Price is not as advertised!! Be aware!! If you ask for a price of a pizza and owner has to guess, something wrong. Same pizza 7$ lower at other pizza mart location. Is this a franchise or what?
