This is the type of garbage they make you now.. you spend almost $100 bucks for crappy dry burned pizza and dry wings and very cold…we picked up the pizza it’s not like it was delivered , pizza nova is 2 minutes from my home, this looks like it was made the night before and resold it. they need to do better!!! What happened to pizza novas quality they bring unexperienced people working and have no clue what they are doing.
They skimped on the cheese and the crust was too thin. The Italian style hot peppers tasted like the jar banana peppers not the regular type the Pizza Nova stores use on pizzas. Best location in Brampton is on Lisa St.
Placed an order for pick up, requested 2 well done pizzas. Received sloppy, thin, watery pizzas and the toppings just fell off. Oh but wait… had to wait over an hour to get it, and they messed up the toppings so they had to remake, and then they still messed up. Terrible pizza and terrible customer service. The employees do not care about the service they’re providing. Will not be returning to this location.
Should've gotten the pizza well done... It didn't hit the spot, unfortunately, but I also got a one topping pizza as a part of their special. Will be back to try their other specials, gonna make sure to get them well done!
Had the absolute pleasure to get pizza from this location today. Gary was very professional and knowledgeable about their pizza offerings. Would come again!
Out of all the big pizza chains I think pizza Nova has the best pizza thin crispy delicious every time. Tried quite a few locations and the quality has been fairly consistent I must surprisingly say. I say surprisingly because out of all the pizza chains I've never really found consistency. The dining decor is really nothing to look at so if you're looking for a pizza place with atmosphere this is not it. Service was quick and friendly food is delicious though and if you're getting delivery times will unfortunately vary because of how big they are but sometimes you got to wait what can you do.
Wonderful place! Great Customer service. One thing I have noticed is that store is really very clean as compare to other locations in brampton. They care about each customer and provide good quality of Pizzas.... Definitely going back...
