Great tasting pizza with good service everytime. I started ordering from this location after getting disappointed many times from dixie and queen location , which is closest to my house. I have ordered many times in last few months, great tasting pizza with good service everytime. This location has never disappointed me so far. I don't know why the rating is so low, maybe because of the previous owner or past history. But so far, they have always made my pizza the way I order and the way i expect it to tatse. Today's pizza was just that. Thanks guys, for making great pizza every time. Please keep it up.
Stopped in for a quick lunch with my wife and noticed the location is under new management. I'm glad that I stopped in because the pizza quality and taste were really good. I got the Meat Supreme and my wife got another gourmet slice. Both were good. I also tried the cookies they sell and I will highly recommend it. The front staff was very welcoming and treated me as their own rather than a customer. It was definitely a first for me to experience this. We were going to take the food to go but the friendliness made us sit down and had our slices there. The seating area was spacious and clean. Overall great experience and highly recommend.
Listen, I've been requesting extra sauce on the bottom on my pizza for years. Why is it that every time I do, I run the gambit of either barely enough or a "Salt Bae" amount? This place is the only one that has decided that MY preference is just an option to their mood. I keep being hopefully optimistic but like many things in life...... disappointment. Thanks for ruining Pizza.
Ordered from this location on uber eats and the order took 1hr 30 mins to arrive. The delivery guy didn't even ring my doorbell. Then I when I found the pizza, I open the box and there is an ANT inside!!! Absolutely disgusting
Racist people working. I just went inside to order a slice. Before me was a person whose order was taken and after waiting for almost 10 minutes, The person working there said that he will need 10 more minutes to take my order. 0 stars.
Gluten free pizza was simply disgusting. The center of the pizza was gooey and the edges were burnt. The cheese and pepperoni also seemed uncooked and completely slid off the pizza. Will not be ordering again.
I came to the store tonight finishing my job they screwed up my order last time this new owner has no respect for the customers she tries to cheap out on the toppings the new owner I've always gone to Pizza Nova since I was a kid I also been using this store in the past and the old Vietnamese owners were very nice courteous kind. Now this new owner she's rude I actually called customer service to find out who was working there was a new young man there so I decided to go in the store and make my order. Halfway through my order the lady owner or whoever she is decides to come in and bring me the pizza and says this is the way you want it done I made your pizza last time and I explained to her that I was no good, then she got all.mad swore at me when I said I like harpreep to finish my pizza since I ordered from him. She got so angry an again swore said she call head office , I replied ya go ahead as I am too. Since change, the owner the new owner not cook pizza the way they tought, last time I order I ask for the guy makes my pizza perfect, she did it an when walk in store he mop floor after asking customer service for the certain young man makes it since old owner. She need learn how to fallow Pizza.Nova franchise or sell store to someone who will. So disappointed an have her so rude because I ask for him an went to store for him to cook it because I said my self she their I not order. So I ordered she was not their, then.my surprise she decided to take over. My point is she rude an dose bot fallow the pizza nova way. An she very ignorant I can tell anybody look at your pizza if she's made it she does not care or she just keeps out on the toppings. I can say Hardeep did make way i want an way I always got pizza, she train her.
