Rude employees, I bought a veggie slice and they heated it up. Actually the girl forgot that she left it in the over and she over heated burnt it. Then she argue that it’s bubble, don’t know what that term is. Then she refused heat up the pizza and just gave me a cold one. The toll guy who is Making the pizza I’ll treated me saying I don’t know what is burn !!
Went in place my order, the gentleman on cash was very pleasant and professional. The young lady preparing the dough,sauce and cheese was ok, but the young lady who was suppose finish the preparation walked from the back on her cell phone doing something, put the phone the preparation table and start grabbing the toppings without washing her hands. I advised the young man on cash and he said he would make a new one and asked her to stop with the one she is making, she got upset wanting to know why he stopped her. He told her the reason and she got more upset and walked away, a minute later she came back still upset and now she is on cash, she served a few customers paying cash and again didn't wash her hands and back in the toppings she went. I cancelled my order get a refund and left. If this can happen in front of the customers what's happening behind the scenes. Nasty.
Just ordered Too much attitude and rude behaviour with customers we are not coming again zero in customer service. Uh guys can not show your night shift frustration to the customers. That attitude lady just came to the counter while we were proceeding with payment and she rudely hit the payment button as she wanted to show that we dont know how to press the green button. Thankyou for your rude service.
I ordered a pizza from the store and it was made within 15 minutes. Highly impressed by how fast the service was. Pizza was so great and very friendly customer service.
