The staff at this pharmacy are always very attentive and caring and helpful, so very different from the pharmacy we used to go to. Shivam always takes the time to explain about medications, is very knowledgeable and professional but at the same time is gentle, kind and caring. This makes a tremendous difference especially when you’re stressed about any medical conditions and medication effects. The whole team at this pharmacy and the medical centre are exceptional!
Very unprofessional business practice. Why would you have pharmacy opening hours mentioned on Google as 9.30am and you care not to open until 10.15am? You are wasting people's time. Extremely disappointed.
This pharmacy is a nearby compounding pharmacy option. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions. I am however, disappointed by the lack of organization. They indicate something will be ready by a certain date but then it isn't available with no notice or call (customer wastes time coming for no reason). Then they promise to call the next day to confirm that the medication arrived, but they do not call.
