I love the service Gary & his staff provides for my family and I. Gary is a very kind & friendly pharmacist, he's very professional at his job, he explains everything I should know about our prescriptions with so much patience. The staff always informs me if we need refills then sent a request to our doctors. I honestly couldn't be more please with the service we've received since day 1 and continued to receive. This pharmacies delivery service is excellent, I live in Oakville and they deliver to my family once a month and if I needed another prescription that isn't included in my monthly package they have deliver additional times for all our need. My family and I have been going to Lormel Clinic and Pharmacy for over a decade. The staff at the pharmacy is always helpful and are patient in answering all our questions. The receptionists at the clinic are all very welcoming and are ready to assist. The Doctors are also amazing and take their time to explain everything in detail. Never feel rushed whenever we visit Lormel Clinic or Lormel Pharmacy
I had a very bad experience at Lormal Clinic Centre as a walk-in patient. I came to check my medical report and ended up waiting for 2 hours while the receptionist continued to call other patients and completely ignored me. When I finally asked her for help, she spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional way. Even though I was patient and polite, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. In a healthcare setting, every patient deserves clear communication and respectful treatment — especially those waiting for hours. I hope the clinic takes this seriously and improves the attitude and professionalism of their front desk staff.
Dr.Sheikh is our family doctorsince 8 years now. He has always treated my whole family with utmost respect and kindness. My whole family has been going to him for all our health issues and we were guided and treated correctly always. Gary (pharmacist) is fantastic with clients! Always goes the extra mile to help clients with all their pharmacy needs, despite how busy he is. He is friendly, helpful and respectful. By far the best pharmacist I've ever interacted with.
They were good in the beginning. But now they hang the phone up on you. They rush you out of there also. And my pharmacy bill went up by 3 times. And they can't explain why
Receptionist is very rude and don't know how to talk with patients.First of all they don't pick up your calls ,when asked why,she will started yelling nonsense.Dr simrat and Dr sheik are excellent.
