I have attending this pharmacy for 8 years. The current girl ( with glasses) who initially helps you with prescriptions is extremely rude. The owner and the some of pharmacists are super nice and helpful. I think the staff needs to be better trained in customer service.

The doctor was good. When it comes to receptionist(other than 1 person). All are too rude. They are here to chit chat and have fun, not to help patients. Change the receptionist then the clinic will be good.

To the rude lady working at the pharmacy counter, If you’re going to work in healthcare—even at a pharmacy—you should at least pretend to care about the people you're serving. Patients come to you after long waits, often in pain, stressed, or exhausted from seeing a doctor. The least you could do is show a shred of empathy instead of the cold, dismissive attitude you displayed. Let’s be real—you’re not performing surgery. You’re handing out pills that someone else prescribed. Charging $12.99 for a dispensing fee that takes less than five minutes is already excessive, and yet you act like you’re doing the world a favor by simply doing your basic job. You’re lucky to even have a job in this economy while thousands of more qualified people remain unemployed. Your attitude doesn’t reflect someone who earned their position—it reflects entitlement without substance. You’re not irreplaceable, and with the pace AI and automation are advancing, don’t get too comfortable. It won’t take much for a machine to do exactly what you do—minus the arrogance. Instead of treating patients like they’re beneath you, maybe step back and realize you’re not special, not superior, and certainly not indispensable. A little humility and respect would go a long way. Because right now, your behavior is exactly what's wrong with customer-facing healthcare roles—cold, careless, and full of misplaced pride.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a clinic. The doctor that was assigned was rude & uncooperative, and I quote “This isn’t a social event, don’t talk to me so I can work”. How the heck are you this upset with you with your life. May judgment fall upon him and anyone like him

Okay this is my third time here within a month. I know the reviews complain about wait times but I’m being genuinely honest when I say I haven’t had that problem. Coming from someone who used to wait 3+ hours for my family doctor (happily because he was awesome), I psyche myself up to wait for medical services but honestly I have never experienced a longer than 15 mins wait time for both a doctor or the pharmacy. Everyone is trying hard to get you in and serviced quickly - no other clinic is this efficient. The care I received from the docs has been great! Pharmacy staff are awesome as well! Don’t believe everything your read - you get the energy you give! I’m nothing but satisfied, no complaints whatsoever expect the rude patients I’ve witnessed here jeez take it easy!

Very unprofessional. very loud about patient situation.. people situation are fun to them.. No manager there.. no one you are complain to.. As it doesn’t matter to them

Never ready! I call ahead of time, where someone tells me 'um, yes it's ready; you can come.' when I arrive there's an excuse and I end up having to wait regardless.

Horrible Experience at this place. went to return a lotion which i had purchased from them and they would not return it. They stated we don't know how you have stored this product.. Are you kidding me and that too for a lotion which has to be stored at 20C( and this was in spring time)? They did not even have a return policy on the receipt or in the pharmacy. The owner was very rude in speaking to me and the other staff pounced on me so as to show their support to her. When asked "give me a reason or provide in writing why you are not returning the product" she said" i will ask my accoutant or lawyer ".. Avoid this place.. go anywhere but not here

Overpriced, they overcharged me for the prescribed medicine, whereas the same medicine at nofrills was 20% less price

Few of the pharmacist don't care if you have to wait for such a long time. Hope they realize everyone time is precious and respect everyone has things to doIt's not the 1st time I experienced.

The staff was very rude and did not take into consideration the fact that my toddler daughter was not feeling well. In fact the employee at front was unfriendly and provided very poor service. A place to be avoided in future.
