i just want to tell you that i went the pharmacy doctor prescribed dexamethason for my boy the pharmacist told me its not covered i need to pay 82$ for that medication i told her to give back my prescription and i went to another compound pharmacy that pharmacy lady told me its covered by ohip i dont know why they told me to pay sometimes we just pay and get the medicine
I have been a customer of Heart Lake Pharmacy for over 20yrs. They have changed owners during those years, yet I am pleased with the personal care and service my family of 5 receives. The experience we have at this pharmacy is amazing. The pharmacists are kind and knowledgable. The service is fast and great. We have been using this Pharmacy for years and it has always been exceptional!
Really unacceptable behaviour from the staff .For 1 prescription they took 10 day to deliver and every time you call They give you different answers . They have charge my insurance week before andTop of all not apologetic for the delay ..
The worst and expensive pharmacy ever. The Pharmacist ( a russian accent )does not know how to talk to her workers or customers. Very disgruntled lady. You can heard her on the top of her voice disrespecting her subordinates, while patients are waiting to be seen by their doctor in the waiting area . One of the cashier called her to explain to the customer how to take the medication, she replied, “ they have been talking it, so they should know . The fact of the matter, the medicine to be dispensed to a toddler . Very rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame. Moreover it a high risk medication that was supposed to be given to a toddler. Disgusting and disappointing. I did tried Bestgate Pharmacy by Finchgate. The best pharmacy in Brampton❤️
