Very RUDE staff!! I had a very disappointing experience at Storybrook Pharmacy. The staff was unexpectedly rude and dismissive, showing little regard for basic customer service. Instead of being helpful or understanding, their tone was abrupt and unprofessional, making the visit unnecessarily unpleasant. It's unfortunate because a pharmacy should be a place where people feel supported, especially when dealing with health concerns. This happens multiple times, i do not recommend this place. I truly hope they work on improving their customer service and learn how to treat people with basic respect.
Honestly speaking the pharmacist (female) was super kind, and the male who helped me and cashed me out was also very kind too. I didn't have a prescription or appointment, which she still heard me out. She prescribed what was within her abilities (minor ailments for quick prescription) for my issue plus gave hollistic tips and advises. It helped so much ! I was super happy I didn't have to see a doctor and wait 1 to 2 hours. I probably waited 10mins to see her haha! Thank you so much!
The best pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff care about your well being and health. As a health care professional myself (physician) I know that if I referred any patients there they would be in good hands. The head pharmacist & owner, Kehkashan, is very knowledgeable and up to date about current trends in health care delivery and I know I am well taken care of by her and her team. The previous co-owner and pharmacist, Asif, who had passed away, was also an amazing pharmacist who truly cared about his patients. They created a staple in the community and are an asset to the people in the surrounding area.
Unfortunately the pharmacist asked me if he could take my health card while he was filing out the prescription. Since I was in such a rush I got the medicine but forgot to ask for my health card back. I called in the next day to ask if they had my health card and they said no. They didn’t even check or put he on hold. They just said they didn’t have my health card. Very suspicious.
Very slow and rude customer service. Sent prescription on whatsapp as per their request. Never provided the quote even after 5 followups. Put me on hold twice when I tried calling for more than 15 mins. At the end of Friday evening before long weekend they are asking me to visit the store after the long weekend with the prescription to discuss further. They need to understand that a patient needs a medicine urgently and they will get it from somewhere else if you don't give them the medicine on time. When informing that we have received medicine from other store, they replied super rudely and harassed me. And they blocked us. The person handling our medication should be fired. Period.
The owner of this pharmacy is more knowledgeable than doctors. My family always consult her before taking any medications. She is very helpful and respectful.
I have been visiting this pharmacy for several months now. I drive 10 mins and past multiple pharmacies to get my medication from here. The key reason is personalized care and guidance of the pharmacist. The team here is extremely patient focused and gives complete attention to your financial and medical needs. Whether it's explaining the prescription or OTC medication, providing suggestions on better alternatives, I find it seamless and very reassuring to speak with the team about my medicinal needs. Much appreciate the care and support.
i was charged twice by the lady on who was more interested in making the dispensing fees rather than concentrate how she could have saved me some amounts for the same medicines - i was charged twice , took her own sweet time .. so what you are not running away without taking medicine.It's your requirement - so i will take my sweet time to give the medicines the store manager is nice - another guy who works there is also good .overall bad experience
Best pharmacy and amazing pharmacist. I went to see my dr and I have been on diabetis medication for long time. She took extra time and explained me things which I nobody ever talked to me. She saw all my medication again. Gave me all information related to diabetis and made some suggestion for DR, and dr accepted the changes. She called to follow up with me how I am doing. Super impressed with this pharmacist. Highly recommens this pharmacy.
I have nothing but bad things to say about this pharmacy, i called in the wifes prescription 2 days ahead of time, 3 times they just never showed up, it just happened again this weekend and they are not open today so now the wife has absolutely no pills for today ahen i called last night to complain and ask for the pills delivered, she HUNG UP on me, she hung up, very very very unprofessional, i would not go back ive already contacted a new pharmacy, i wouldnt send someone i hate to this pharmacy, from the other reviews ive read im surprised these clowns are still in business
Very helpful, courteous and good to deal type people in working in this pharmacy. They will take the name of stuff you want and order for you if its not there on the counter.
I have nothing but very positive experience. The store manager is great!!! Very pro active and polite. I will definitely recommend this pharmacy.
