Ordered 2 perfumes online had to pick up from the store(both were showing in stock).. when I went there they kept only 1 ready ( they charged for 2) and one of their employee said that they did not receive another one! they told me to talk to the customer service.. I called to the customer service they said they already have them in stock! customer service representative was nice to me and he took my case seriously! employee over there wasn’t nice to me.. I had very disappointing experience at this location
I visited this Shoppers Drug Mart last week, where I usually shop regularly. However, this time I was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of a staff member named “Asita (I may be spelling it incorrectly) At the beauty section. I was looking at fragrances, and she came over, opened the cabinet, and asked if I wanted to try anything. I politely said, “No, I’m just looking. I don’t think you have the 75 ml bottle.” She then looked for it and found it. When I asked for the price and she told me, I said I might get it another day as I was just checking and comparing prices. Her response shocked me. She loudly said “OH MY GAWD!” in a rude and dismissive way. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional, especially for someone in customer service. What made the experience even more upsetting is that I have often noticed her being extremely warm, patient, and attentive with certain customers while not giving the same consideration to others, myself included. The difference in treatment is very noticeable, and it does not feel fair or respectful. I shop at this location almost every other day and even bought two fragrances just last month. I never expected this kind of attitude from this store. This behaviour genuinely left me feeling hurt and surprised. I hope management addresses this, because no customer deserves to be spoken to or treated this way.
Their ad said $4.99 for toilet paper until Friday. Today is clearly Tuesday and I showed the manager the ad. He said he's not the one that did the advertisement and he refused.It rang up $9.99
The old lady at canada post section was very rude and was not able to answer all the customer related inquires. She provided us wrong service and after that informed us u can take your money back tomorrow but 9 dollar service charges would not be refunded, although It was her mistake, really worst experience in this shopper drug mart.
The pharmact staff was wonderful, they helped me to get the right medication when my doctors sent the wrong one, and followed up with me via phonecall when they got correspondence from the office. However, cashiers and the beauty advisor I interacted with were not so wonderful.
Reached there 5minutes before closing time,I was helped by an asian pharmacist,could not focus on his name as I was experiencing nausea,but he was extremely helpful,he ran quickly to the aisle and grabbed the right medication for me with the sense of urgency that is hardly witnessed.Some healthcare professionals truly care.Thanks for the effort you put in.❤️❤️
Typical Shoppers Drug Mart. They’ll have all the stuff you’ll need from a pharmacy/department store. They overprice most things, but that’s just a problem for all locations.
