I just visited this store felt so bad the beauty advisor at cosmetic section behaved very badly was racist. She helped 2 people in front of me while ignoring me, i asked her 2 times about something and upon asking her name she didn’t answer and hide her name batch. I stood there waiting her to cash out me but she was chatting with some other team member. These racist people should not be hired if they are planning to work like this not acceptable.
I had a really good experience at this store when I went to grab a seasonal item from the store. Before reaching here, I went to 4 more stores and this was my 5th store to check this item. I saw the Harpreet (I believe she was an assistant manager because she had a skyblue shirt, different than merchandising team). I explained her, “hey I am looking for this one item but can’t find anywhere, if you can help me getting this please”. She nicely offered to check in her back room and brought out the product. I could see that she was very busy with her work on the floor but still she went out of her way to look for an item, that represents a true customer service skills. If Harpreet read this then I wanna say, you’re doing a great job Harpreet. Thanks for helping me out
The process to understand which travel vaccines I needed and when for my international trip was done extremely fast and professionally. Would highly recommend this location for travel vaccines and especially Jasmit for making the process so easy.
All new pharmacy staff and now you are letting your warehouse fill prescriptions ... this is ridiculous my daughter has to wait 3 days for a simple prescription... and how much is the dispensary charge there shouldn't be one
Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Was left waiting for 20 minutes with no update of what’s going on with my medication. When being checked out by the pharmacy assistant (older asian woman), I asked the lady if my proper prescription is in the bag, she rudely said “How would I know, I didn’t help you.” and just walked away from the register before I could ask for her name. Terrible service all around. Very ridiculous. The only one who was helpful if the actual pharmacist, who stepped in and made sure the right prescription was in the bag for me .
Went there today and there was a guy working there named Danielle. We were cashing out and forgot our phone there. He came running to the parking lot to the very end to return our phone. So yeah he was very nice and helpful. Thank you danielle
LARISSA made my return experience very unpleasant and difficult - When she saw return bag , she straight rolled her eyes -Excused that customer has to call customer service and get authorization and when I put her on call after spending 20 minutes, she asked customer service nothing (Literally nothing) . Neither did customer service asked me question for return . Whole thing made no sense to me . -Nyx Pencils came with UPSE label on the top of white packaging. So i had no choice not to ripe it off to open . And then she said she can’t return when I had the return label that came in parcel . -I was given gift card instead of refund on payment method I called the location few days ago and I was told they take almost everything for return . I would say there should be clear instructions so that everybody is on same page ( As per LARISSA , shoppers can’t have written instructions since it keeps on changing everyday ) Maybe next time , location can just say we don’t take returns . This will be easier for everyone - Store and customers.
