They go beyond what is expected from them, never too busy to help and give their best advice on medication. During 2022 and 2023 I buy medicine only at this Pharmacy as this is very close to my house. Every time they charge me extra $10 or $12 and say it’s pharmacy charges. Even though If the medication cost is $5 they charge $5 plus extra $12 as pharmacy charges. I have a private insurance which is covered 100% for prescription medicine. When I ask the pharmacy guys they said in Canada every where the pharmacy charges are common. But later I started buying at different pharmacy and they never charged anything extra. No more pharmacy service charges! @Pharmasave customers like me already paying lot to medical insurances. Kindly don’t charge anything extra if it’s 100% covered. You need to deal directly with the insurance companies properly and try not to put stone on customers saying customers need to contact insurance!
Staff are always jovial & they are very knowledgeable. Much better than a lot of other BIG corporate pharmacies. More family like ambiance & genuine care for their customers !! I highly recommend you join them for your medical needs accordingly! I was introduced to this wonderful place by my sister !!
The doctor is very rude. The other day I went to go to the him (dr.Gurpreet Dhillon), instead of telling us the solution, he tells us to go back to our previous family doctor when he's our family doctor. Is this how a family doctor behaves with their patients? Even this one star is too much for this guy.
