Highly disappointed with the disorganized work culture and chaotic coordination in prescription order fulfilment at the location. I hope they undergo and renew their OJT (On job trainings) to facilitate the customer looking for their support appropriately.
This Pharmasave people have lost their ethics when it comes to patient counselling , the pharmacist Nishant gets tempered in a second when asked about certain queries at a time . People go through so much in their lives and these people don’t even bother clearing confusing regarding certain meds for them , so shameful.
Fantastic local pharmacy! The staff is always welcoming and quick to help. They take time to answer questions, explain medications clearly, and never make you feel rushed. You can tell they really care about their customers, and it makes the whole process of picking up prescriptions so much easier and stress-free. I’m glad to have them in the neighborhood.
The guy with glasses working behind the counter is extremely rude and arrogant to customers. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. There are better ones in Brampton such as metro in trinity. They are nice and they don’t rush and take their time giving you support.
I called this pharmacy requesting a quote for an estimate and this pharmacy would not do that for me although the name Kensington pharmacy is on the prescription. I tried to tell the pharmacist that I live out of town but he hung the phone up directly on me. The final comment he made was that a quote doesn't mean I will make the purchase. At least the phone got answered promptly.
I don’t often write reviews but I must on this pharmacy. Kensington Pharma Save is definitely the best. All the staff is very experienced and takes time to explain any questions or concerns that you might have. The pharmacist (Nishant) is truly a caring and exceptional person. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is looking for great service.
