I had a disappointing experience at Pharmasave. They have a no-refund policy, but this was never communicated to me at the time of purchase. When I tried to return an item, I was denied without any clear explanation. Transparency with store policies is essential, and customers deserve to be informed upfront. I expected better service and accountability from a trusted pharmacy.
