The pharmacist is amazing and very knowledgeable I like the fact that they have holistic medicines as well
I've been a customer there for a least 6 months now.Despite getting the same meds all the time at the same dates, very rarely they are ready just for pickup and when I show up at the store,they take their sweet time serving me,more important is chatting with their long time friends who pop in and gossip about everything but medical topics.Feel like a second rate customer.Not recommended.
Superb service. The staff at this store are amazing, they reply to emails and answer the phones with a smile. I would recommend this pharmacy.
Very unprofessional experience. The staff was rude and insulting. They do not appreciate your business and time. They believe that they have the best prices around and as a result can treat customers like garbage. The parking here is equally bad. If you appreciate being insulted and poor customer service then you should shop here. They do not want your business and they don't give two hoops about you. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
This place is horribleI have a child suffering from anorexia!!! And they were disrespectful!!I called this pharmacy before traveling there,Asking if they had a particular product I wanted... the person on the phone said they did not carry the product but they CARRY a different product that is used for the same thing...after doing my research I went to "hoppers pharmacy"Once I walked in I was looking around for about 5 minutes before I was asked if I need help..I told the lady named Nicole that I called in and was told you carry this particular productNicole then asks a few other pharmacists about it Nicole comes back to me and says " we DON'T carry the product but we can order it " ... I said "okay but why would the person over the phone tell me you have an alternative if you didn't"...And of course I'm annoyed because I came all that way for nothing .. Nicole then says she "never heard of this product before" if you work in a pharmacy that one of the last things a customer wants to hear Nicole proceeded to tell me "we do not know who you spoke to over the phone, I'm not sure why they would tell you that..."Then I said who else works here around 3oclock because that I when I made the call..KELLY responds "the person you spoke to told you we can order is I was right beside her when she made the call...."I don't understand how everyone was clueless about who spoke to me over the phone until I asked who was working around 3... Then Kelly is on the side trying to argue with me about the phone call... when I obviously wouldn't travel all the way over there if I was told they don't have it in store at this very moment..As I was about to cash out i had to give my number and Name... I asked for the name of who was trying to argue with me on the side...The I was using my phone to read an important email and NICOLE start to get upset and says " okay you can write a bad review on your own time, just complete this transaction.." I said "excuse me I'm definitely not writing a review so you need to relax"I proceeded to ask if it was final sale or not because instead of giving me an explanation and details about the product and how orders work.. they're arguing over something that shouldn't be argued about..Long story short they have horrible customer service... I'm still going through a rough journey with my daughter and this is definitely not something I should be going through when trying to better my daughters health!I'm not saying the customer is always right but I'm saying that good customer service is greatly appreciated If you are someone who values good customer service this is not the place to go.I will be posting this everywhere and anywhere I can because NICOLE and KELLY have no respect for a new customer that could've been a loyal customer
