This place is a joke. Will yell your medication, no privacy, speak in hindi so you dont understand them and gaslight you to think youre wrong. Do not go there.
Please travel extra kms rather then attending here. I had called when to pick the medication female was really dude advised not a minute before 6pm. As my elderly mother called at 5:03 thay advised we told you once dont call back and come after 6pm. 5 minute later I received a call stating medication had been ready 5 minutes ago. They want money upfront so be ready to provide your visa number
This pharmacist is a danger to the community. He was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unfit to be in this role. Pharmacists are trusted with people’s health and well-being, but his conduct was so unacceptable that I left feeling unsafe and deeply concerned for others who may have to deal with him. His behavior goes far beyond bad service, it shows a lack of compassion, ethics, and professionalism that should disqualify him from practicing. I would strongly urge others to avoid him, and I sincerely hope the appropriate authorities review his license before more community members are put at risk. I will be taking his actions up with the college of pharmacists and all appropriate authorities.
You wanna know why you get this one star review? Because you try to act like a doctor and try to always give less than the written prescription and turn it into repeats so you can charge more dispensing fees. Avoid this pharmacy and if you still want to have your pharmacist acting like your doctor, then double check what your doctor has written for you and what they are giving you.
Today was my first day to come there. To tell in short all the staff member who was there was so polite and cooperative that they helped me in knowing everything regarding the medicine. The service was also very fast and everything was perfect.
It's a worry free pharmacy store. The team here is very professional yet friendly and helpful. Always looking forward to ways to help you. Keep up the good work and I would for sure recommend others to visit this pharmacy for all their medical prescriptions. Great work.
