Went in first time looking for wilds bird seed. They helped me out with a great product. Will be back for sure. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cute bunny is there as well. Lol
This place is absolutely amazing, from the products they have to their service! I’ve been coming here quite often now, and every single time, I am greeted with such happy, welcoming staff. They don’t hesitate to help me out with any products that I need or questions that I have. Highly recommend coming here !
Nicest people ever over there and so helpful. Literally everytime I overload myself there’s someone right there asking if I need a hand or to take my items to the front. Always wonderful to talk to and they all put up with me taking our photos of my babies when I’m paying lol. Thank you!
Our experience at this location was so unique, we've never been treated like this at any store. I had seen this place several times and thought of checking it out for our first puppy. I hardly walked in, and in the next moment, an angel named Jaimee came to offer her help. She helped me out with a lot of info and advice, and got me everything I needed too. Another time I needed a seat cover, she actually came out an set it up in my car to make sure it fits and save me the trouble to bring it back in case it didn't. Another angel, Tobey was very helpful and patient. All the staff here are very kind, and this would be the best pet supplies store in the world. Our puppy Asher did not get to socialize much due to the current pandemic circumstances, and so he's wary with strangers. Jaimee asked me to bring Asher in, and to make him comfortable, came out in the freezing cold to meet him outside at the car. He took to Jaimee and Tobey like his friends. Well, I could go on and on..... Wish I could give a hundred stars too.... Thank you to all at this Global Pet Foods store.
I can go on about this place forever! Has been my go to place for YEARS. Even after I move around I always come back here. I love that I can feel safe for once when shopping for what goes into my pups system. I care about what I eat so I make it a high importance to care what I put inside my furry best friend. I know I can trust this place and the owners and employees to properly guide and educate me in dog nutrition. Aside from trusting their expert knowledge on their high quality products, the people working here are amazing in general. They’ve been a huge support in many aspects, not just cashing me out.
