First of all, if we could give this MORE than 5 stars we would! We've had great experiences at this location pet valu The staff are very passionate and knowledgeable. Specially we deal with manager Stephanie and staff member Bonnie who are always smiling and going above and beyond they are very helpful we really appreciate their service.we had a great experience here. Highly recommend!
Came in today to buy cat food and when i got home i noticed on the receipt that they rounded to the nearest dollar without asking me. The lady was too busy on the phone and Rounded up 94 cents to the nearest dollar without asking if i wanted to. its not about the money its the principle. i never consented to paying that extra dollar to donate.
Very helpful with my pet inquiries. Friendly staff. My dog is a very picky eater and the employees were really helpful to pick a new food my dog loves!

Got my pooch, (toy poodle) groomed there this week, and after some pretty traumatic grooms at other groomers, this was exactly what she needed. This is our second groom here, and we won't be going anywhere else!
Went there for #selfservedogwash. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. It was clean, they had helpful employees to answer questions. Nice warm water and fresh towels. A free treat for our well behaved pup. We will definitely be going back.
Had a very pleasant experience at this location! They have a lot of small pet items for my hamster, and I really like the Rosewood brand and I’m glad that PetValu carries it as I can’t find it anywhere else. I was assisted by Bonnie, and I have to say that it was so nice to be helped by someone who’s as passionate for small animal care as I am. She was very personable and made my experience great! 10/10!
