The lady was very rude and didnt have any knowledge about cx service. Wanted to get a bunch of stuff but her attitude actually hinted towards a bit of racism. Ended up taking my business elsewhere.

Bought a crate for our dog. Unfortunately, it was broken when we opened it. The box was already tearing apart when we bought it, asked the staff if the crate is fine, she said should be good for sure. Waste of $150.
This is a great location, I have always been bringing my dog in to see Allyson for grooming and she is super friendly and is always taking good care of our dog as if it was her own. Definitely recommend
it’s always a great time shopping here, the girls are always so welcoming and can answer any question i have. how many places can you say you genuinely have fun shopping at?
For the past 5 years, I have always and will always come back to this pet store. No one beats this place. The staff is always so cheerful. They love my pets! Every time I have brought in my two dogs they treat them with so much love and care. I feel so welcomed there. The manager Kaila is always a big help! She answers all questions I have without hesitation. And if she doesn’t know the answer she won’t rest until she finds it for me! Same with the other staff as well, they’re all above and beyond workers! So you can say the service here is immaculate. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Especially new pet owners. Thank you Pet Valu staff!!! For taking the best care of my fur babies and for working in this scary COVID-19 pandemic. Not all hero’s wear capes!
Very helpful staff when you visit them in person.... but...on the phone they are a little different to the point of being a little rude.......but in person they are all excellent.....it seems like they have a special person just to answer the phone......
