Went into the store recently to purchase a 5 gallon pail of paint. I wasn’t sure if I should get semi-gloss, gloss or eggshell; the staff was able help me figure out the difference and help me with my paint needs. I will be going back in the future!
Best place to get paint from, polite and great service. They stay open one more hour compared to other Ben Moore locations I would say that’s a plus point.

I want to share my experience at Benjamin Moore paints on Brisdale in Brampton, yesterday. I entered the store to purchase paint with my baby who was crying as it was close to nap time. I was greeted with smiles and "awe's" from the cashier who helped me make a quick and easy decision for paint. Within 2 minutes of ordering paint, an employee dropped his task, came over to me and baby, and asked "May I help calm her?" I delightfully agreed and watched how quickly he calmed my crying baby while rocking her (in her car seat), talked to her, played with her, complimented her. I was near tears watching this unfold. In having conversation with him, he expressed how much he loves kids and how extensive his role is in his family. He even carried her out for me ensuring she was protected by the sun, along with my paint (carried by the cashier), and placed my baby in the car. He mentioned he works Monday to Friday from 8-2 if I ever needed help calming the baby, haha. His name is Charles, and he is definitely a Guardian angel for my baby on earth. I cried all the way home. In my almost 2 years of motherhood, I have never been helped by a stranger in this manor. Going in public with children can give a mom some discomfort in thinking if their child(ren) would "behave". Usually, if my children cry in public, I often get stared at or ignored. But this one day when I thought I could squeeze in an errand before nap time became an experience I will always remember.
