I had an excellent experience at this Sherwin-Williams location thanks to Prithvi! I needed some touch-up paint for my garage but wasn’t sure how to go about it. When I called, he told me I could bring in a small sample from the chipped area, and he walked me through the whole process step by step. Prithvi explained how to repair it myself using the right exterior spackle and sandpaper, talked me through why priming was important to make sure the paint would stick, and even recommended the best product to hold up against Canadian winters. The paint match was spot on, and my garage looks brand new again. I really appreciated the time and care he took to make sure I understood everything. Great service, great product knowledge, and great results — I’ll definitely be back for future projects!
Came in to pickup our items that the other location didn’t have and Kym was by herself and had a line up. She was courteous and friendly with everyone, didn’t rush through to the line but met everyone’s needs. When she got to us she was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!
They were able to match a colour from a competitor of two years ago and did so quickly while I waited. Very friendly and helpful with my questions in the meantime too.

My past experience with these large chain stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc) has not been satisfying. Although, this Sherwin Williams location has proved to be knowledgeable and professional in handling my painting needs. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family. Ask for Kym, she really knows their products.
I really liked this location very clean and the employees where very helping with selecting a paint for my babys room. I will definitely return here when i decide to paint again!
We went to buy the paint .No one even greeted us. We were looking around and standing there for ten minutes. In the office I saw 2 people sitting they didn't come out to ask if we need any help. I asked them I need some help one girl called in the office no one showed up. I will never go to place like this
