Great experience at this Benjamin Moore store! Managers Jade and Hargun were super knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The store was clean, organized, and the festive decorations was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

I was doing my first home project, and was unsure how to go about it, the manager Jade was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable! Every question I asked she had an answer for it, the room turned out looking fantastic thanks to Jades expert paint knowledge! I will definitely be coming back!
Eric Norton is THE BEST advisor at torbram and queen location . I am customer since last year and the type of super great customer service Eric is giving is very rare to see in todays time. He has extreme knowledge of paints and based on his experience gives great suggestions which saves time and money and job gets really easy for home owners doing paint on their own. In this pandemic they were very helpful in handing out color cards to choose color from. Even though I reached there at 5pm and they close at 5 pm one of the worker whom I spoke with over the phone made a package for me to pick up and handed me out before leaving the facility. Really appreciated. That helped me to choose my favourite color for my living room project.
