Each time I visited, they took the time to walk me through colour choices, explain the differences between products, and even recommended the perfect rollers and brushes for my Emerald paint. What stood out most was their patience and genuine care — even when I felt like I was asking a million questions, they never rushed me. They also let me know about an upcoming sale, which saved me a lot of money on my project. That kind of service is rare, and I really appreciate it. The quality of the paint is fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the store itself was spotless and organized, making the whole experience enjoyable. Good service, knowledgeable staff. You pay a premium price compared to big box stores but the quality far exceeds what the big box stores have. It was my first time buying non-Behr paint and I can say that I won't buy any other kind now.
The quality of the paint is excellent. The paint is like silk. The customer service is very good. I would have appreciated more colour selection. The accessories are a bit heightened in cost, even at sale rates, although good quality.
I had ordered paint to be mixed that I needed to pick up that evening. When I came to pick it up he said “oh the tinter is broken and I didn’t mix it and I forgot to call to tell you”. It was already too late for me to have it mixed at another store so I was left without the paint. If you value service then don’t use this paint supplier, they had no respect for my time and didn’t care that I was extremely inconvenienced.
You will be happy with the product. The store has a big variety of colors and the paint seems to be of a very good quality but do not expect to get a professional advice regarding your renovation, amount of material you need to purchase, etc. Do your homework, investigate yourself what you need and in what quantity, then go to the store and purchase the materials because custom made colors are non returnable, so do not buy in excessive amount, better come again if needed.
