I came in for an oil change and the employees were very kind, welcoming and helpful. Definitely would recommend coming here! It is also fairly priced compared to other places.
I was extremely disappointed with my first visit today. The receptionist lady was incredibly rude and impatient, treating my inquiries as if they were a major inconvenience. This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I have been in many services center and dealership across US and Canada but its the first time someone mistreated like this. Not sure how people like zero customer handling skills are getting appointed to the front desk. So personally would not recommend this location.

I came to get my vehicle inspected due to some exhaust issues. I ended up finding a more affordable solution so I unfortunately I did not utilize their services. The staff at this location are so friendly and absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend.
Let me tell you a couple things about Graham and his team. When I first moved to Brampton 16 years ago I took my car to Speedy for service. The first thing he told me was that my previous mechanic had overcharged me for a brake job and despite the fact that this is a franchise and the money was coming from his pocket he discounted me for the overcharge from the previous location. Fast forward 16 years I've been running back and forth to Northern ON helping my ill parents get ready to move. Rolled into town during our first snowstorm of the year and despite what was likely 3/4 of his customers wanting their tires swapped as soon as I called he said no problem I'll fit you in, I know you might have to run north again at a moments notice. If you want a competent, genuine, truly good group of people to trust, this is the place to go.
