Family Auto is hands down one of the best repair shops I’ve been to. The staff is honest, professional, and super friendly. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair quote, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. No upselling or unnecessary repairs—just solid, trustworthy service. My car runs like new again, and I really appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process. It’s hard to find a shop you can rely on, but Family Auto has definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality auto service!
Do not go for uber safety. I went yesterday they failed my car from inspection because he says replace the car rotor from my shop unnecessary it was in good condition and charged 60 dollars for failing inspection.and i got inspected by another car service station with the same rotor. These guys just make money from failing inspection.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly caution anyone against using Family Auto service . They lack professionalism, transparency, and basic respect for their customers’ time and money. I’m now left with additional costs and unresolved car issues, all because I trusted this shop. And Forgot to mentioned that he got me safety done with same bumper last year in 2023 because I got the brakes replaced at his place when i came for Safety.. But this time my car was perfect and there was no issue just other then same little crack in bumper but he asked me to change that.. So he just want to charge you on something and something in order to get your safety done to ripp off extra money from us. never go to his place

There shd be option for 0 star too, had no clue what he was doing, messed up my rims, nut key lock, didn't even finished job, advices me to cut the rims, 4 people were working on it couldn't do it, where other machanic did in 10 minutes, charges me $210, completely useless never go there personal advice.
Never going to this workshop again he was charging me $400 for safety and and he started inspection i told him to leave my car as it is but then he says you will have to give 40$ for just inspection which he didn't even did. Worst in town
When will the 0 stars review score be available I will give it to family auto .customer service is guaranteed to give you high blood pressure or heart attack. My Advice Don't go there...They charged more than others.
