I had a really bad experience with GM Motors and Muffler. They charged me $450 for setting up my car’s AC, but it’s still not working properly. I even went back after a phone discussion, hoping they would fix the issue — but instead, I was met with misbehavior and unprofessional attitude. For the amount I paid, I expected a working solution and decent customer service. I would genuinely appreciate a refund, as the job was not done right and the overall experience was frustrating. Not recommending this place to anyone unless they improve both their service quality and attitude.
Unfortunately, my experience with GM Motors and Muffler wasn’t a good one. I brought my car in for an AC issue, paid $450 , and was told the job was done. But the AC is still giving me the same trouble as before. I trusted them to fix it properly, but now I have to take the car elsewhere — and spend even more — just to get it done right. Very disappointing. Its nissan altima car. I already visited to your shop to show my car's AC and mechanic checked and send me back by saying its working. He also said If further I face same problem then you have to pay extra.
I would recommend this shop. Labour price is fair and cheaper than all the other places around. I would highly recommend this place to any friends or family. Personally amazing experience very open and kind. Their welder is very dedicated and a knowledgeable worker aswelll asthat he enjoys what he does.
