I had a very poor experience at KK Auto with the owner, Mo. I was running about 20 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic, and when I arrived, I politely let him know and said I was more than happy to wait. Despite that, the customer service was completely non-existent. Mo stayed on the phone for around 15 minutes after I entered — no acknowledgment, no greeting. When he finally did speak, I asked how long it would take, and he simply said, “I don’t know.” That’s unacceptable from any shop, especially one offering scheduled services. I remained calm and respectful the whole time and I ended up taking my car to a different shop and got the safety done right away with zero issues.

I have been going to the shop for years and always have had honest work and pricing done on all of my vehicles with no issues at all. They were even able to work with my insurance for a claim and the car came back brand new with a courtesy detailing. Highly recommend this shop!

I had a terrible experience with this mechanic. I took my car in for a repair, but he ended up charging me for unnecessary work that didn’t fix the issue. On top of that, he made a promise that he would get the problem sorted, but he didn’t deliver on that at all. My car is still having the same issues, and now I’m out more money for no reason. The whole situation felt like a scam. I wouldn’t trust this mechanic again and would advise others to be cautious.
