I had the same experience as stated by the Las review. I purchased the Groupon for oul change. I called them to book the appointment. The guy on the phone took my car's make and model which is 2011 Toyota Camry hybrid but was told that this requires special oil and filter, and it will be $30 extra for this. This was pure money gouging by these guys. I told him that my regular mechanic does my regular oil change for $35 to $40 and here with grouon, it was $65 plus taxes. Please do not purchase this Groupon without calling them and conforming the extra charge. I told the guy on the phone that this is money gouging and seems like they don't care. Not recommended for sure.
Went for an oil change and now my car smells like diesel workshop. If your mechanic steppin into customer's car, atleast put some paper sheet in it first so u don't leave all the grease and debris in it. Oil change package says all the fluid topups are included and they didn't even ad windshield washer which is the cheapest one

I Bought a groupon for an oil change and was overly surprised at the level of professionalism and attention to detail that was shown! I felt welcome and appreciated which is so hard to find anywhere nowadays. The price was unbeatable the staff was highly knowledgeable and I will be a regular returning customer for many years to come.
