Came here today 26 May 2025 at around 4.45pm. The lady looked lethargic, very slow and unenthusiastic. You are providing a service, at least pretend you want to talk to people or find them solutions, or better still put people that are smart/quick-thinking. It was such a bore sitting here and watching your agent struggle to do everything.
