Don’t go here they steal your information and lie , girl at font very rude , I ask for head offices number she told me they don’t have it. Also ask what info to bring told id / bank statement when I went they force you to put your private info into there computer.
They tell me I'm approved for a loan, I sign the contract download it for my files and nothing shows up . I call back a day later and without notice they tell me they canceled the etransfer because they don't deal with O.D.S.P recipients. That's discrimination in all forms after I've already signed the contract and it was a done DEAL DISCRIMINATION IN ITS PUREST FORM SHAME ON YOU. I should have been told this before anything was started. But not accepting my legal form of income is discrimination period !
I'd personally give this place a zero. The management at this place is absolutely pathetic. They don't return email they lie and tell you the manager is in a meeting (for 4hrs?) then you go into the location and are lied to to your face. I get the girl in the office is being told to say this honestly I feel bad for her to have to work for such horrible management. NEVER USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
I got approved for a payday loan fairly quickly and easily during late hours before they closed, so I would definitely recommend this place. Plus, the front desk girl is so nice too!
I came in today to cash cheque payroll and could not get it verified. The guy could not help me when I needed on sat April 8th 2023. The guy was rude and would not give me his name until the end and still I forgot. Do not use this place.
I went there to send moneygram money transfer not to borrow their money. My drivers license was photocopied and stapled to a copy of my transaction receipt. That is not Moneygram's policy. I found this place very sketchy. They have the nerve to be texting me later wanting me to do business with them. I felt racially profiled. This was one of the worst experience , sending money in Brampton.
