3 service reps in store, only 1 capable of helping customers. One couple waited for 20+ mins, only to find out they were at a location that could not give them the service they needed!! Hire customer service reps who wish to actually serve customers and find out what exactly they came for instead of wasting their time or having them wait longer than needed. Respect the customer's time since they willingly came to your branch expecting their needs/wants to be resolved. Otherwise, close up shop!♀️?♀️
