Worst experience I’ve had at a salon in years.. you don’t laugh / smirk when someone tells you the amount they can spend and have an attitude towards them .. plus need to get employees all up to date on prices cause I was told 3 different prices by 3 different people.
I left unhappy yesterday and I’m still unhappy. The last time I was there it was perfect but now. No. I have to spend extra money and time now to fix it myself because there is no time. I needed this done for this weekend.
I am sharing two photos of myself in which I told my problem to enna Hair Studio but instead of compromising with me, they talked to me in a rude way and reported my given reviews . I was just checking my account when I found out these people had reported my reviews. This is so rude of them. ?????
WORST ?????? We came here a month ago for the piercings with my friend. The lady who works there. She did my ear piercing and for my friend belly piercing . I started having irritation in my ear just two weeks after getting the piercing.Whereas I was using Solution of a good brand to help it in healing. 2 days ago I started having severe pain in my ear at 2:00am in the night and started bleeding.I immediately went to the doctor in the morning and he said that it is an infection which has occurred due to maybe using the infected needle . This morning when I called them, the lady picked up the phone and said that she had no responsibility in this and she disconnected the call. Then when I called her again, she told me straight away. Don't teach us what our work is. This is how our work is done. We are certified.She started arguing and shouting at me . And she said that I cannot do anything about this. You have gone to the doctor, so take the solution from him. Now I am sharing a pic with you. You can see in it clearly the bluish marks which caused due to infection and the big bump ..And this is how it still looks like after 2 days and having precautions.????????? so dissapointed. worst customer service ,she doesnt know how to talk with customers of someone got reaction of her service.
Unpleasant experience. Worst customer service. I dye my hair at home, my hair still wet when I arrived to the salon. So, I requested a cut hair. The hair dresser dry my hair to cut my hair, when I asked why, she replied that is easy for her to cut a dry hair and I will not be charge. So, the list shows cut 35.00. When I paid the blond hair lady charged me 55.00 . Asked again why. She replied plus taxes .what!!.Did not give the receipt because I paid in cash. Do not recommend it.
Really nice staff but pricing is way above standard prices, especially for piercings. Also I went back to get my piercing removed because they use the screw ones which are really hard to take out on your own, and I assumed it was free but I was charged 11 dollars for maybe 2 minutes of their time? Ridiculous in my opinion, if a customer has spent 50+ on a piercing (which I didn’t even receive a cleaning solution for and my ear ended up getting infected too) the right thing to do is not charge for removal? Other salons would remove for free. It’s little things like this that either retain a customer or make you loose one.
Worse customer service ever !! Front desk and the lady who did my hair colour.. price list shows the different price than they charge !! I was charges double when i ask why its showing different price on the list Then they said oh yah that is our starting price. I even ask price before i get my hair done, front desk actually didn’t respond to that. I visit earlier also, they charge me 70.00 only and today i was charged 100. Horrible, they just put trap on their customers!! Not only this at end she didn’t even blow dry my hair WELL/ PROPERLY!! I ask about the price AFTER i pay, atleast she could reply nicely i like the way she color but nobody like bad attitude obviously.
