Edit : I would like to edit this post to respond to the owner’s response to my review : The total charged to my card was $82.60, which is $70 exactly + 18% (Your tip). It was $70 WITH tax. Your website lists $25+ for women’s haircut, and kids is $12. If you’ve updated your prices, please reflect it on your website. I could MAYBE see mine being $35 (still a little more than I think, but not outrageous). But in no world should my TWO YEAR OLDS TRIM cost the same amount. Nothing in your reply makes sense, and screams dishonesty and unprofessionalism. I now just feel ripped off, so I am changing my review to 1 star.
Had a good experience here getting a haircut. They take appointments & walk-ins (but would recommend calling in advance). Friendly & quick service, would go back!
I've been going to this salon for over 10 years and they are the absolute best around! First of all so close to my house, very convenient located in an awesome plaza. They also do the best boxers braids in this area, I always come here to get braids done, top quality! Also, get my hair treatments here, cuts and styles! I'm always over the moon happy when I leave!! They also do waxing and threading, you name it! Amazing prices as well! Honestly I love these ladies, they cheer me up, they listen to what we want and deliver every time! And I'm a picky customer lol 10/10 recommend everytime! The owner has treated me well since the day I met her and I adore Karam, she makes me feel like a goddess ✨️?
Very bad service . They book appointment . When I reached there then she said oh I m busy with other client pls wait 15 minutes. I waited then after 15 minutes I asked and she said wait more then I asked are you sure you will do after five minutes then she said oh you can go . I m busy . Oh my god . No professional Wastage of time . Not recommending at all . Thank you
Went here for eyebrows, the lady kinder did not brush the hair off my face and immediately went to the cash register instead. She makes weird remarks about your life, your facial features, etc. I guess she picks and chooses who to be kind to, wouldn’t recommend her ?♀️
I visit with 2 of my friends and we get terrible service . And stylist seemed clueless and rushed through the process. It leaves me regretting my decision to visit this salon. And she charged me way more to the actual price.
Made an appointment for a consult for an updo for my wedding with the owner. Showed up to find out the appointment was forgotten and had to made an appointment for the following day as the owner was not in. Showed up for a second time and the owner was not only not there, but had to be called to come to the salon. That should have said all I needed to hear. But she sounded so knowledgeable and sure of what she could do, we booked the appt for 9AM on the day of my wedding. Even phoned a few days before to ensure it would go smoothly. Still standing outside the salon at 9:30am DAY OF MY WEDDING and still no one showed up. Eventually someone came to open and by 10AM, the owner still had not shown for my appt. The staff told me to call her. At this point I was beyond upset. They finally called her only to find out she wasn't coming and someone else should do my hair. I give the hairstylist who worked on my hair credit for jumping in, but not at all what I wanted. Needless to say I went home and had to re-do part of it. Very rude, very unprofessional, very disappointing. Lesson learned. Always trust your gut and go with the first impression, which was not a good one!
