I got my drainage facial done by Harvi the Owner today. She is so good and so nice. My skin feels so rejuvenate. She is so knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips how to keep your skin youthful. I will be going back in December for Korean glass facial. Thank you!

Original review for first ever service on Sept 6 ********************************************** just got my facial done today. My skin feels amazing and I will be going back again. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of 3 reasons. Last week I walked in to book my first ever facial for today. The secretary and the facial technician/ owner were there. They both quoted me $70+ tax for a basic facial. I came for my appointment and triple checked the price of the service. The service and price and not clearly posted anywhere in the Salon. But I took them at their word. I confirmed the type of service I was getting as well, cause my work like has been hectic. The secretary did not pull up or review the calendar she originally wrote my appointment on. Again. I trusted their words completely. 1. Prices: I paid $50 more than what they originally quoted me. So I had to pay 120+ tax instead of 70+ tax. 2. They changed the type of service from a basic facial to a hydra facial. Without clearly explaining what the technical differences are and why it’s more therapeutic for me before starting my actual treatment. Much less making sure I could afford the new price. Luckily for them I came on a payday. 3. I don’t think she was wearing gloves. Aside from my 3 reasons, my experience was amazing. 12O I think is a reasonable price I just wish they were upfront about it. It’s been an hour since my appointment and my skin feels so good. UPDATE SECOND APPOINTMENT OCT 24 ******************************************* I originally gave this Salon & Spa 3 stars. Today I’m updating it to 5 ⭐️ ☺️. 1)This time I booked online on their website. 2)The price was the same for the exact same per my first Hydro-Facial ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3) Technician was wearing gloves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I noticed frequent hand washing too and maybe frequently gloves changing too. ( My eyes were closed the whole time) I noticed the difference in her work between her glove free hands and gloved hands. Maybe I was being too harsh in my original review. The service was amazing either way ?. The technician is highly knowledgeable and superbly intuitive ?⭐️. I can’t wait to go back for my third facial ?. I honestly saw a significant improvement to my skins overall health and the reduction in the darkness of my acne scars shortly after my first service. I saw a definite and visible improvement to my wrinkles and fine lines after my first service. (There not very deep and I used to get Botox once or twice a year to treat them) I’m definitely adding this business and their spa services to my regular beauty & self-care regimen??. I’m so glad I learned about this business through word of mouth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Lastly they also do nose piercings. I got one from them 2 weeks ago, it was quick and painless ?.
First time visiting Luxe Salon, it was great and satisfied. I was completely impressed by Harvi and Anchal services. They did excellent and amazing service from make up, hairdo and hair cut. So happy and love the results.
