I have been coming to Ifeoma’s braiding centre for 15 years now. She is the best of the best. I have never gotten my box braids done elsewhere. Very professional and a great person inside and out!
Initially thought to go despite reading through all the reviews. Well, I must say people are not lying. Going to this place was the worst business experience I have had in my adult life. She is loud, rude and aggressive. Imagine asking me to shut up when I asked an estimate of how long it will take to finish my braids. She talks carelessness and has no single glimpse of how to run a business professionally. You go here at your own risk OR maybe you can cope if you appreciate lousy people which I don't.
She does not take people on time . Booked me for 3 pm , had me waiting 2 hours and took me at 5:30 . And did not do the good job . My braided were coming out already ! The parts were not parts properly at all ! She just watches her African movies and pay no attention to people’s head .plz don’t go to her ! She’s not professional at all !!! Up to u if u wanna loose ur money and waste ur time but i suggest not to go ! Zero stars!!
She was pleasant. I liked my cornrows. They were too tight for my liking, and I had to take them out. Her hands are skilled, and she does a variety of things.
She was so unprofessional, tried to take my makeup out and give me boy advice that absolutely no one asked for..was distracted and when I didn’t finish early she said it was because I wanted my braids long, she literally made me curl my hair myself. I will never go back to her no matter how desperate I am..my God. Also the address on google is a whole different address..it says it’s in a plaza meanwhile it’s in a very dirty and unkept basement.smh
I can not believe how terrible my boyfriend’s experience was here. this woman runs her shop out of her basement that is absolutely disgustingly dirty. Bathroom door doesn’t even lock either.
