My doctor is Dr. Denisha and her receptionist is the kindest girl! Each time i call she always listens to me and helps me beyond any other staff i encountered with and i have been a patient for over 10 years. I am never on hold for past a minute and she even reached out to my specailist office as i was having a hard time to do so. Thank you B for being so patient with me
I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr veenama for over 13 years. He really is the best family doctor in Brampton. Unfortunately I had to move out of the province but I would have stayed with him forever if I could.
I have had a lovely lady help me with getting in with my family doctor her name is rowhini. I called the wrong line by mistake and they got me in the same day. With in 30 minutes
This office appears to be money hungry with no care or actual concern for patients health. The dr will refuse to speak to you about more than 1 aliment at an appnt. They will force you to book multiple appointments, on multiple days, they will not give you time to ask 2 questions, all so they can charge the government as if it were 2 appointments. Will not provide a referral and regular appointment in one visit. Forcing people to take time off work twice and drive in twice for something that would take literally 60 seconds.
Front line staff are ignorant, do not answer phones and speak to patients like we are all fools. As someone who works in The medical field the Drs in this office need to take a hard look at their staff and deal with the incompetence. As they are the first face patients see, they do not give great first impressions.
Update #2 25 Oct 2025 I came in today, I had a simple question, I didn’t get the answer but I got a giant amount of attitude and receptionist being condescending to the max. On the bright side this office is consistent in that category. August 2025 I walked in this morning to book an appointment with the doctor on call. I walked up to the desk and all I said was “I need to see a doctor on call”. The receptionist told me that it is not fair that I walked in and I want (somehow) to make other people wait and next time to make sure to call in before I come. The receptionist book an appointment about 90 minutes later and told me that I can wait or to come back at which point I took my card and i walked away. Now I don’t understanding what did I do wrong and why the receptionist is giving me an attitude and making assumptions that I am demanding some kind of privilege for me as opposed to other patients. If you are in a bad mood or upset for something don’t take it on other people. You are not doing me any kind of favour and I assume that you are not volunteering there you are paid to do your job. Remember, you are there because of me and I am not there because of you. I am a patient in QSD for 30 years and it is just mind boggling where people give themselves rights to talk to someone like this.
