I’ve been seeing Dr. Parampal Sandhu as my family doctor for several years like from 2007 and I’ve always had a positive experience. They are knowledgeable, patient, and truly take the time to listen to concerns. I never feel rushed, and explanations are always clear and reassuring. The clinic staff are friendly and professional, and appointments are easy to book. While wait times can occasionally be longer, the quality of care makes it worthwhile. I highly recommend Dr. Parampal to anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy family doctor
Dr. P.P.Sandu is our family doctor since 2017. The best doctor in diagnosis, providing proper treatment and advice. No unnecessary medicines he gives correct home remedies. My doctor is great.his team is quite fine.never had an issue in 15 years.i give them all kindness and they have always been kind as well..its a tough job because everyone wants action now.patience is the word of the day..the public can be unfriendly ask someone that works at tim Hortons.great job.thanks
Dr. Sandhu is my Family Doctor since I landed in Canada with my family.For me he is a guiding Angel and my savior .I was able to gave up alll my bad habits and change my life style b'cos pf his encouragement and push. He is a gem of a person who gets involved with all his patient at personal level and gives it a human touch. About his staff,they are brilliant in their work and too accommodating. I have taken appointment at very short notice for same day or next day and the result had been always positive for me. Kudos and a double high five for the great job they are doing. Keep it up Ma'ams. You people are doing great so do not feel let down by once in a blue moon negative comments. I wonder why there are so many negative reviews. I've been with doc for last 14 years. Never ever I had a bitter experience with the staff or the doc. He's an extremely knowledgeable doctor who answers all your concerns with patience. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. Grateful
Very rude behaviour by the receptionist. She made appointment walk in and day of appointment she said no appointment scheduled..she talked in very rude way..they waste customers time and dnt value patients..not recommended to anyone
