I’m very disappointed with the service at this medical clinic. The staff are often rude and unhelpful, and it feels like no one really knows what they’re doing. When I went in for my health concern, I expected proper care and clear communication, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I was prescribed medication that I took for four days, but there was no improvement at all. When I tried to explain this, the staff seemed uninterested and did not offer any further help or follow-up advice. The overall attitude was careless and dismissive, which made me feel like my health concerns didn’t matter. I understand that clinics can be busy, but patients still deserve respect, proper communication, and professional care. Unfortunately, this clinic did not meet those standards. I hope they improve their service and take more time to listen to their patients in the future.
This clinic is horrible and I will not be returning. I came in with a viral infection, Dr. Shetha prescribed me antibiotics for what she thought was a bacterial infection. After taking a few I began to vomit profusely even at the slightest sip of water. I called them in the morning to ask if I should continue the medication, they advised they’d ask the doctor and get back to me. Never did. So not only was the diagnosis and prescription completely wrong, they don’t even follow up after the fact. It took me 4 days and 2 trips to the ER to stop the vomiting. Absolutely baffled.
Dr. Shehata is a very kind and intelligent doctor. We have been with her for over 13 years now. She is our family doctor. We moved far from clinic. It is a long drive for us now. We still don't want to change our family doctor because she is so intelligent and her diagnosis is so accurate. Our whole family is very fond of Dr. Shehata. Staff is supportive too.
Wish i could rate 0.. I am coming to this medical centre for years now. The old lady at front desk is UNAPOLOGETICALLY RUDE AND ARROGANT. Initially i thought may be she is having a bad day, customer service can be exhausting but every time No matter what part of the day you go, she will be rude. No customer service at all. Not the best person to be there. When i came in to put a review, not surprised to see sooo many complaints about the front desk. It is high time for the management to recognize the problem and make some changes. Never coming back here. (Not talking about the lady with turban. She is nice).
Very negligent service, even they don’t listen to patients, I was in emergency and someone at front desk told me. We stopped seeing new patients at all and this was very bad experience.
Not a good medical centre at all… doc always in hurry… never got attended at given appointment time Lab attendant is a very very bad lady. She has lot of tantrums and always in hurry. Got there for blood work, first she spoke so rudely that why are you so late I said I was waiting outside but nobody was calling me in and then she took my blood so ruthlessly that bruised my arm with needle so badly. Once again got there for blood work this time she missed the test report for which I went there so I had to give blood test again. I mean what the staff is doing there if they can’t manage their responsibilities. Never visiting them again in my life.
Dr check very fast Nd not properly.. Nd they never pick calls. With my new born baby dr give injections but she never explained anything. Just give Nd go... I’m so upset...
