At my first visit I was pleasantly surprised with the way that I was greeted by the receptionist. I also was treated nicely buy all 3 additional staff that I came in contact with. Violet easily inserted my IV without any pain. And the other 2 staff explained everything to me step-by-step that I knew what was coming next. I really appreciated that they took the time to speak with me.
I had an app. here today its a nice & friendly atmosphere here. I had a technician named Kody whois very cheerful, nice, considerate & respectful. She explained step by step for each phase of testing & even considerately offered me a chance to ask any questions if I had any before jumping right in. I felt safe at all times during the tests, but she still kept reassuring me often that she won’t let me fall from each transitional angle of testing, as well as considerately warning me each time that the gel is cold before applying. While I didn’t need any reassurances, but it 100% relaxes a patient in knowing she had the patient’s wellbeing in mind physically & mentally at all times & shows how professional & caring she is. Next came the nurse whois also very friendly, cheerful, considerate & respectful & just gave off a positive vibe. Usually in hospitals or blood testing clinics the nurses gotta try many times injecting me due to the difficulty in finding my veins for the needle, but this nurse was very skilled & professional at what she does & got the job done quick, painless in the 1st try & her cheerful vibe helps keep patients calm & relaxed. Lastly the final technician I had was testing my heart rate with ECG & she was also very friendly, cheerful, professional, respectful. She also gave off a very positive vibe & the test was done so quickly in just 2 minutes while the wait time to see her was super fast. Overall this place entirely everyones super friendly & nice. It’s very nice to be able to visit a clinic thats got such lovely ppl working there where you could tell they love their jobs by how nice & cheerful they are when seeing a patient. Just seeing the level of respectfulness & considerateness they show it definitely makes u appreciate them for their dedications in providing a wonderful experience to patients. I totally recommend this place even though it’s farther for me than other clinics cuz it’s 100% worth the distance for the uplifting experience & positive vibes it brought me today thanks. (P.S I’m terrible sorry I forgot the names of the nurse & the ECG technician as I only remembered the 1st technician’s name cuz she had the same name as the shirt I was wearing of WWE’s Cody Rhodes lol”)
Took my dad here today and it was a great experience. Other cardiologists and clinics just rush us but this clinic was so nice from the beginning to the end to the appointment. The staff and doctors were so informative and kind, I’m looking forward to coming back for his next appointment!
Premium Cardiac Centre is truly a facility of par excellence. All of the staff members at the reception desk, technicians with whom we interacted were very professionally skilled, cordial ,very friendly and provided the best care. The doctor 's team is also of the highest standard. Indeed, this facility is the best.We felt positive and relaxed after leaving the clinic.
This was my first visit to the Premium Cardiac Centre at Brampton, and I was thoroughly impressed. We are fortunate to have such skilled and dedicated professionals working here to provide the best care. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, kind, and helpful. The doctors and specialists who treated me were exceptional, and the overall atmosphere was professional and pleasant. Truly an excellent facility.
It was great dealing with their whole staff and Doctor Phyllis. My dad was here on supervisa and due to his health reason we came here for heart tests but all went well. In order claim through insurance, even after long time staff helped and provide all the documents.
