Really very worst experience, went to return temu parcel asking extra money for print out even they don't have facility to scan the return label, force to buy tape to stick label on parcel. Is the way to do business And yes worst behaviour forgot too mentioned in the starting.
Worst service and behaviour of people working there. They do not have return package scanning machine even. They charge extra money for using credit or debit card. They even don’t response properly.
Great service at Express Convenience Store! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the Western Union and Ria transfers are fast and easy. Always a clean, reliable place to shop!
Went there to pay in store for online transfer, but guy asked to pay extra money outside of what Western union told me to take with me. When i asked to show me where it is defined for a store to ask extra, he dodges the question and could not prove it. Called Western union and submitted the complaint for this fraud. This store asks for extra money without being it written in their store counter or in policy. I ended up asking the guy to cancel this transfer. Never use this store for money transfer purposes. Very unprofessional and rude service.
Extremely bad customer service. A man at a cash counter was extremely rude. When I asked him that why don’t you provide such service than he answered me that I can go to another place. Such answers are never expected from a customer service representative.
Horrible costumer service. The man/cashier working the cash comepletly ignored me and my friend and stayed on his phone doing who knows what while talking to my friend and I. Also there was water all over the floor by the fridge where the drinks are. The two men working there had absolutely no customers before my friend and I yet when we came, there was water. Seems like they can’t even be bothered to mop their own store.
All people all very nice.. where needed they stand for customers. Once I don't have money in my call card. I call them up for refill they just add the money.. but told them will be later.. they said it's ok.. good relationship with customers. Thx
