Very disappointing experience at this they have UPS Access Point. I went to drop off a return package and even though I printed my return label at the store, they refused to provide tape to attach it. The staff simply said they don’t have tape, which is unbelievable for a UPS location. The attitude was rude and unhelpful as well. If customers are expected to bring their own tape, UPS should clearly mention this instead of leaving people stuck at the counter. After checking online, I also saw many other people had the same negative experience here. This place really needs better management and proper regulation if it’s representing UPS. Definitely the worst service I’ve encountered.
Sent Ria money transfer last week and called Ria it's on hold as missing information. Store owner didn't know how to update information. Poor customer service showing backhome attitude! Never transfer money from this location
This store has gone entirely down hill. Service stinks, always trying to do to many services with 1 associate. It was convenient, now it’s a hassle every time you are waiting for either the vape shop or their other fed ex or money sending service. On top of all that prices are ridiculous to the point where it is a rip off. Paid $2.50 for 5 simple photo copies which are useless as associate rushed through the process and they are crooked and very light in contrast. Done with this store for good.
I went this morning to get some documents scanned and emailed to me but the girl was too overwhelmed with only 3 customers in store that she didn't even listen or understand anything. why do you guys employ purple without prior training? Probably the poor girl paid to get this job as well...pathetic service standards of this place now since 2021..
I'm a regular customer at Big Daddy Vape Shop / Avo Convenience, but my latest experience has left a sour taste. Last night, I purchased a Breeze Prime vape around 7 PM, only to have it die on me a couple of hours later with a "no battery left" message. Clearly, I was sold a faulty product. When I tried to return it today, the staff claimed they didn't have a replacement in stock. Instead, they offered me a discount - which was insulting, considering I'd already paid full price for a defective vape. To add salt to the wound, I ended up buying a new vape at full price. This isn't my first issue with this store. I've had problems with them before, including being unable to purchase a specific vape they claimed to carry. It's unacceptable to have such consistent problems with a business. In less than 24 hours, I've spent almost $100 on vapes from this store. The lack of quality control and poor customer service have ensured that I won't be returning. Save your money and avoid Big Daddy Vape Shop / Avo Convenience at all costs!
if they allowed i would give 0 stars to them . i bought a bong pipe and just after i bought i saw that it not going to fit and i went inside just after two minutes to exchange but the guy at desk did not exchange saying no exchange policy. it is fair why i pay for thing i dont want to use. i did not ask for refund i just wanted to exchange and pay foe extra also but he was ignorant . i asked him to call manager and he refused. very bad service.
The store employee can easily lie up on your face.? I don't understand why to lie. If you are new and don't know something then tell your customers that I am new or I am not being trained till now. You lost one of yur customer and not referring anyone to visit but remember I have paid for something so I'll definitely come to fix that. Owner of the store please take a note.
