Very bad customer service, booked a uhaul from there for mobile pickup. When I arrived at site to do pickup, got to know they are not providing mobile pickup. If are not to do so then why are they eligible to provide mobile pickup. I wasted my time and money. Please do not have pre booking over this location go somewhere else save your time and money.
Says they’re open at 10 am and I’m here at 11am the stores closed with no one in sight. Shouldn’t be wasting my time coming here to have to go back home or find a different convenience store because no one’s here
Had a reservation for uhaul and the guy tells me their uhaul is unavailable because it was in an accident. Why is it bookable under your location then? All these hasty market owners are a complete joke.
When i went first time to get Pattie, was told that fresh patties are on its way and I should come back, went back after 40 mins and found place closed with open sign and with note saying coming back in 10 min, waited 20 min and no one came back. Someone standing nearby said owner went to home to drop his family. But leaving business like this is not a good sign. So many people came and left. With variety of Nepali and Indian spices and authentic herbs and grains of the himalayan, this store to my surprise has all the items that Nepalese people think they might have been missing in Canada.
A wonderful, friendly business that consistently supplies quality, well-managed products. If you regularly go here, there's a chance the owner will order more stock of the items you tend to enjoy---when I went here consistently in the summer, I loved a specific kind of chocolate milk that he'd only ordered a very small stock of, but said he would make a point of getting more (and he did!) because it was so popular with people who frequented. The pricing here is amazing too. The owner is also brilliantly friendly. I have a good friend who skateboards, and one of his favourite anecdotes about the store is one where he offered the owner try out his board and they had a great time. I'm gonna miss this place when I graduate.
Love visiting this place because of their variety of snacks available. Wai-wai noodles, nepali candies (Mada), organic lentils and lots of pickles. They have amazing customer service. Will definitely be back.
